Step 1:  Sit with head tilted back while looking up at the ceiling.
Step 2:  Let 5 drops drop into nostril and turn head to that same side.
Step 3:  Sniff.
Step 4:  Wait 15-20 minutes, hold your nose and blow, and then pop your ear.

Note: Use the Afrin for no more that 3 days in a row.
