Step
1: Sit on
foot or side of bed.
Step 2: Lie
straight back, looking at ceiling.
Step 3: Sit
up for a few seconds; if no dizziness, go to next step.
Step 4: Lie
back and quickly turn head to right; if no dizziness occurs,
sit up and go to next step.
Step 5: Lie
back and quickly turn head to left; if no dizziness occurs,
sit up and go to next step.
Step 6: Lie
on right side; if no dizziness occurs, sit up and go to next
step.
Step 7: Lie
on left side; if no dizziness occurs, sit up and you have
completed the exercises .
Note:
If
any step causes dizziness, remain in that position until
spinning stops, then repeat that step3-4 times and dizziness
should subside. Repeat exercises 3 times/day for 2 weeks.
