Mrs. Johnson graduated from Vanderbilt University with a Master's degree in Audiology in 1985. She is certified in Audiology by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Prior to her employment at the Jackson Ear Clinic, Mrs. Johnson worked in several positions in Mississippi and the surrounding states. Since the opening of the Jackson Ear Clinic in 1993, Mrs. Johnson has worked with Dr. House performing diagnostic evaluations and rehabilitative services. With the wide range of state of the art amplification technology now available, including hearing aids, cochlear implants, assistive listening devices, and
implantable aids, Mrs. Johnson can provide quality services to adults and children of any age with varying hearing impairments. Having a hearing loss herself, Mrs. Johnson understands the needs of hearing impaired individuals in a unique way. |
